15 Fetter Lane
This project involved the complete refurbishment of a 9 storey reinforced concrete flat slab office block. The main works comprised of a roof lower floor extension, replacement of curtain walling, reconfiguration of central cores, provision of new service voids and infilling of existing voids, new plant, services and cleaning cradle supports, and relocation of the main entrance.

Brighton Marina - Call Centre
A 3 storey steel framed structure supported on piled foundations with the floors formed with precast concrete planks on a 12 x 6 metre grid, providing 2,880 sq. m. (31,000 sq. ft.) of office accommodation.
Liberty House - Southampton
A 6 storey reinforced concrete framed building with the floors formed with precast concrete planks providing 6,300 sq. m. (67,000 sq. ft.) of office accommodation
Devonshire House - Chiswick
A reinforced concrete framed building providing 3,720 sq. m. (40,000 sq. ft.) of office accommodation on 4 levels with a basement car park. The suspended floors were formed with precast concrete planks.
Abuja - Nigeria
A 13 storey reinforced concrete framed building providing 29,600 sq. m. (318,500 sq. ft.) of office accommodation with three levels of car parking, including the basement. The main features of the building are the cantilevered floors at each end. The 10th and 11th floors and the roof cantilever 6 metres, the 6th, 7th and 8th floors cantilever 4.5 metres and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors cantilever 3 metres.
Curzon Street - London
On behalf of an international development company, 1,150 sq. m. (12,000 sq. ft.) of office/domestic accommodation was provided in this seven storey plus basement development constructed with a structural steel frame and in-situ concrete floors on permanent decking. The shell was constructed behind the retained brickwork/stonework listed facade.
